I don't have a design degree, and I'll say that up front. What I have is nearly two decades of remodeling my own fixer uppers, from a mid-century split level to a vintage bath, years as a real estate agent walking through homes and seeing what actually sells, and a habit of following trends closely enough to know which ones will still look good in ten years. Mostly, I have an eye for potential: I can walk into a room and see what it wants to be. That's what I bring to your project.
Color & room refresh
Paint colors, furniture placement, and the small changes that make a room finally feel right. Ideal when you like your home but something is off.
Remodel planning
Layout ideas, priorities, and a realistic plan before you swing a hammer or hire a contractor. Especially helpful for older homes and fixer uppers.
